Need - The Experience Design and Management department wanted to transform their club into something more engaging for the students in the program.

Task - With our research on the target audience, we implemented a strategy that shifted the brand’s voice, marketing endeavors, and key experiences.

Outcome - Participation from our target audience in these experiences grew 1200% from the previous year, and remained consistent. Students left the program with a greater overall satisfaction and a connection to an impactful society.
