Need - Teak and Heirloom Art Co, were searching to create more engagement with their customers by introducing experiences into their store fronts.

Task - Gathering empathy data from real customers allowed us to better understand the motives, emotions, and needs of their customers. From this data, we were able to generate a report of our suggestions for future implemented experiences.

Outcome - This led to both stores creating more informed decisions on their holiday offerings, a better understanding of their customer, and a clearer view of the customer perception of their businesses.
